Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of agricultural and fertilizer products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

Opened, used, or partially used fertilizers cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)

  • Products returned without original packaging and invoice


Damaged or Incorrect Products

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
